The worst service I have ever had . It's been three weeks since I tried to order some parts. I have called them 3 times asking what's going on with my order. They say they'll call me back and nothing .. o we forgot about you .....so if you looking to get easy loader parts for your trailer. Go to trailersuperstore.com . They had my parts to me in under a week and they took very good care of me unlike performance marine.

The two ( young men ) who helped were very respectful showed me the two boats that I was looking at , and aloud me to make a decision without judgment. I Felt very welcomed .
Our salesman Rod is a wealth of knowledge. Although we had a few hiccups at the beginning, they came through and made our first boat purchase stress free. Nicole at the parts desk is awesome and great to deal with. Service manager Rod addressed our issues and was very professional. Look forward to a long term relationship with Performance marine
This has been by far, the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of service industry. I have lived all over Canada, been a customer to many different service shops for cars, trucks, and other sort of mechanic type services. At Performance Marine, although the management did try to help and was nice to me, the service was extremely slow, unreliable, and costly. My boat was at their shop for almost a total of 7 weeks. I had had enough with delays and picked up my boat as is. 2000 later, I still don't have a running boat and the shop had only troubleshooted. I paid 2000 for them to trial and error on my boat, waited 7 weeks and I am very disappointed that I went to Performance Marine. I wish I had taken my boat else where. I do not recommend this shop. I suggest you take your boat else where, even if there are longer wait times at other shops.

My consignment experience with Performance Marine was less than stellar. They were not up front regarding additional fees and were not responsive to inquiries. Our boat sat on their lot for 3 months (during prime boat selling season!) before it was ever listed for sale. Once it was listed, they priced it out of the market (I assume to maximize their commission) and hadn't even taken the time to write a description. If you're looking for a professional team to help you sell a watercraft, please go somewhere else.
