I highly recommend these guys if your looking for a hot tub. I had a heating issue I called them and they were there the same day and replaced the part under warranty! Top notch service. I’m happy anytime I go into the store. Every one is really helpful and friendly. Keep it up guys

I've just recently bought a house with a hot tub and saw that the tub was purchased from paradise. They knew the history behind my tub and got it up in running with no issues. They've helped me with my chemicals and are very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a hot tub or need help this is the place to go.

Got an inground pool installed by paradise this year. Sales person Conrad was always available for questions/ change orders. Kelly worked with the rusty shovel on an architectural design for the yard. Handled permits. Mike, Ryan, Tyler and crew worked tirelessly in scortching weather to get our pool done extremely quickly so we could enjoy it for most of the summer. After installation my wife and I met with Cheryl for ”pool school” we learned a lot and she has always been there for any after care questions or concerns. We couldn't recommend Paradise enough! Thank you!

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. If you ever bought a pool from Paradise LeisureScapes, make sure they let you know about gas and power lines running in your yard. I bought a pool 19 years ago (18 x 33) and when Paradise came over, they told me it would fit perfectly. I was from Eastern Canada where gas is not as common as here and I had never bought a pool. Last week I found out that the gas main runs under the pool (under 55 litres of water). I called Paradise and they told me that since I bought my pool over the counter, it wasn't their reponsibility. Really???? I didn't buy a can of tomatoes. I paid close to 15,000 for my 18 x 33 pool and pump. At the very least, I expected the so-called expert to advise me properly. Now they are not taking any responsibility.
I have been calling this place for two weeks to get details on an above ground pool and hot tub. 50% of the time calls aren't answered at all. When I do get an answer, I'm told I can only speak to one person and forwarded to a voice mail. I have now left 3 voice mails with no calls back. I get it's busy season, but if you can't respond to someone at the buy stage, how would you ever provide service when needed? Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
