I’ve never written a review before but knew I had to give a shout out to Optimum Roofing for the excellent customer service I received. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and the actual roof repairs. I initially reached out to them for an estimate but because of the fast, friendly and professional service I received, I decided to go with this roofing company. I feel they went above and beyond customer service. This company was recommended to me. And I will most definitely recommend Optimum Roofing to my family and friends. From start to finish, the team at Optimum Roofing really impressed me. Once the quote and order was confirmed the installation happened quick and efficiently. The team that completed the work were professional. My neighbours and I were very impressed with the thorough cleanup they did at the end of the job. I appreciate them taking the time to visit the house the following day to confirm things were completed properly. All and all, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you very much! I have already recommended to friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future!

Unfortunately we kicked off the new year with a giant wind storm and missing shingles. Optimum was the first recommendation to roll of the tongue of everyone I know, so they were our top pick. I was really impressed that they were able to accommodate us so quickly. The work was done the next day, the staff were friendly to deal with, and for an emergency service and the amount of labor they put in, I think the price was amazingly fair. 10/10 would use again (but honestly hopefully not... since you know... broken roof).

Very good company. They have done both installation and repair services for me. They have upfront and detailed pricing that could not be beat. They were on time, clean and very informative. When I had an insurance claim they showed up instantly and worked with myself and SGI to ensure the repairs were completed properly. I would and have recommended Optimum to all of my friends and family.

Very satisfied with Optimum roofing ! Between my sister doing the emailing ect to insurance company and myself only had a couple phone conversations and an email with the boys at optimum these guys handled and dealt with our elderly parents roof replacement like it was there own .I have to also say the ladies i spoke with at the office were very polite and knowledgeable . (Great team) Right from the first visit for estimate to job completed they were very good to our parents . Top quality work and a very timely fashion .
