Friendly service, fantastic products!! He gave me a few options and let me taste the combinations and I got a fantastic mix and it was a total hit at my pot luck lunch. Absolutely recommend checking them out if you like bread or you have a gathering coming up. Great stuff, will be going back soon!

Great place to visit to get flavoured olive oils and balsamic vinegars to really step up your cooking. Very helpful and friendly staff that truly make your visit an experience. You have the opportunity to sample all the varieties. There is no shortage of flavours so everyone will find at least one they like!
The Oliv products are great, and the customer service used to be great too, but things have gone down hill lately. The last two times I went in someone bombarded me as soon as I walked in the door, and wouldn't leave me alone. I said I just wanted to look around, and they wouldn't stop suggesting oils, asking what the person liked that I was buying for, etc. I told them, "I'll know it's the right one when I see it, but I just need to look around for a while; I just want to browse around," and they still wouldn't leave me alone. I ended up rushing a purchase just to get out of there and away from the pushy employees (both times). I guarantee I would have spent more had they left me alone to look, as on all my visits prior to these two times I had great service, and ended up buying more than I came for because I had time to look and try the oils/vinegars in peace.
Great product knowledge and you can tell management is passionate about the product.
I would save your time and not even bother going. First time I went in there I was looked after very well. Staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to help. Went in last week and things much have changed either with the owner or the staff, no one cared to great me, or ask men if I needed anything. I walked up to the till and asked to find a garlic oil. With out looking up from the till this woman said it's over on the far wall, then mumbled something along the lines of how "it helps when you open your eyes". I was about to walk out but said to myself I don't know what's going on everyone else's life, but maybe there was a reason she was so rude. When it wrang up, the register had the wrong price and she had to get her "manager" to come help. The manager was rude, almost beyond ignorant. Said that it's a waste of her time to come over to save me 2 At this point I just walked away, left my 3 bottles at the till and left. I thaught dealing with a manager would help but my mistake.. don waste time or money here.
