I WAS A VICTIM OF KINDNESS HERE. Be aware of their confidence and colloquial professionalism at all times and at your cost of gratitude for it! Keep on the watch for helping-eagerly-eyes studying you to measure if you're wanting to be left alone or helped because musicians are finicky archetypes. I luck out every time! When I'm there browsing and want to be left alone, I'm left alone and when I am wanting advice or help, I get help!.... Their customer service is what you make it and what you make out of it and they all do a good job keeping that place a place to visit and feel at home. Thanks for the quick help and work and service folks! Thanks for your part in fueling this brutal economy in these uncertain times.

As the largest music store in regina, I have come here quite a bit for purchases. Customer service has always been quit hit or miss. I have often found some employees are a little pretentious. Asking for advice/opinions can end up making you feel silly for even asking. It's not always the most welcoming atmosphere. Pretty good selection though
