Dont even want to give 1 star. As triage nurse have no manners at all how to talk with patients as everyone came hospital due to some sort of medical conditions. Came at 12 midnight and gone about 5 without even seeing a doctor Suffering from vomiting as it is not stoping so i have gone twice to triage nurse that if she can give me any medication in the mean time until i have been shown to doc. She rudely said i dont have the time busy right now and after 5 minutes seen her laughing out with her colleagues. I dont know what they are paid for? Atleast u guys should be nice as just because of your sweet words half of the patient becomes automatically fine. So be nice

Went in for surgery, and was very nervous. The nurses were extremely reassuring and incredibly friendly. They made me feel relaxed and well informed about the procedure. The doctors were also very friendly and to the point. I felt listened to and respected.

Once you are moved from the lobby and given a bed/room the medical team tending to you is absolutley wonderful. They are compassionate and reassuring. The admin staff are also very kind. The Triage nurses however, are very disrespectful. I understand that they have paramedics, police and other medical staff coming at them in all directions and probably have to deal with quite the array of people. However, they are the first staff members visitors or patients see when they wall through the door. They should speak to people with compassion versus snapping at them to get behind the red line and then continuing to laugh and joke with coworkers. The ER is already a tough place to be without being made to feel like you are a inconvenience. It is very confusing and disappointing as a first time emergency patient to be treated like that.

I came in at 5am for my 6th month baby because she havent sleep since last night cause of her colds, they did a test in triage after that told me to sit down and wait for a call, theres only 3 patient waiting in there.. as time goes by 8am came, all the persons that i saw when we came go home already, so i ask what am i waiting for my baby, the guy on triage told me where just waiting for the ROOM, i told him if u guys have a doctor to see for my baby coz its hard for her to breathe, doctors can check her inside that triage, but still he told me to wait 1 more hour, and it was 9am.. i didnt hear anything, they are just laughing, talking to each other..
