I went to Elisabeth's today and was helped by Jo-Ann. She knew her inventory very well, was patient and didn't give up until I was satisfied. I bought 2 new bras that fit just right. Thank you Jo-Ann.

Love this store. Great prices, great sales and great staff. Thx McKenna for your help today. They have such gorgeous colourful stuff, everything from bras to sleepwear and swimwear, even men’s underwear. Lots of free parking. I love the info on the wall in the spacious dressing room. Plus there are 5 wall hooks for your clothing, purse, coat, whatever. You can have a yes hook, a no hook and a maybe hook.
Buyer Beware! I bought an item from Elizabeth’s and after less than 12 times using/wearing it, it proved to be defective; but the store clerk or owner only said “That can happen. Unfortunately, after 3 months, we can’t help you.” That’s not what I call good service or standing behind your product. I just want to spread the word so no one else gets cheated like me. They do not stand behind their products.
Spent 200.00 on one bra, then left and went to Thee Lingerie Shoppe and spent another 400.00 on a gorgeous swimsuit and linen dress. Horrible customer service, not the store for me or my money! My bad customer service experience with this store had nothing to do with being busy or covid...it was about a very rude and horrible woman with a bad attitude.
Drove in from Moose Jaw to check out Elizabeth’s for the first time. Finding good bras in larger sizes is all but impossible in MJ. I usually order my bras online, but heard about Elizabeth’s and decided to drive up and check it out. I went in specifically for the Panache Sports Bra which has been my favourite ‘large busted’ workout bra for years. Since I’ve lost weight, I wasn’t sure what my current bra size was. I grabbed several different sizes to try on; the first was a full cup and band size smaller than my current sports bra. I really appreciate the sales associate checking the fit once I had each bra on. We both agreed that it was too tight and she suggested I stay with the same cup size, and only reduce the band size. I had grabbed a few in the size she suggested, so tried them on next. The fit was perfect, it was everything I love about the Panache Sports Bra. I felt incredibly well supported, lifted and separated, was fully covered, had a smooth back with no weird bulges or bumps. As I like to say, the girls were fully locked and loaded in place. I am very glad I decided to check out Elizabeth’s. I had a great first experience, the sales associate was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely recommend Elizabeth’s Lingerie and Swimwear to anyone I know who is looking for a high quality, perfect fitting bra. The ability to try on different sizes beat ordering online and the prices were actually better than what I was used to paying online, especially once you factor in additional shipping fees! I will definitely be returning here for my next bra!!
I went to Elizabeth's recently and was helped mostly by Joanne as well as another associate whose name I did not catch. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable, and despite bra fittings being an awkward scenario for most folks, I felt very comfortable. I left knowing exactly how my bra should fit and how to safely and properly wash them. Bra shopping in the past has not been a comfortable or positive experience for me, so this was a refreshing change! I will likely be shopping again at Elizabeth's.
What a disappointing comment, I was at Elizabeth’s the same day (in fact I was in one of the other dressing rooms), and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and their COVID practices. Staff are very aware of social distancing and take special care to have items steamed after use, sanitized dressing rooms, and all touch points. I was treated with respect and given personalized service, staff brought me a variety of items to try on in my size. I didn’t feel rushed to make a choice even though it was extremely busy at that time and all dressing rooms were full. Would be nice if some “unhappy” people would put themselves in others shoes and appreciate how hard COVID is on Small businesses. A “no return policy” is not meant to offend you! It’s meant to keep everyone safe! Thank you Elizabeth’s staff for keeping us safe and offering service with a smile!!
There is a lot of selection and variety at the store which was great. The problem was the service or lack of. I wanted to purchase more however, I was not acknowledge (rarely), when I needed more sizes I had to get them myself, not once in the change room was I asked if I needed anything. I got the one thing I really needed and left. As I was checking out the phone rang and the salesperson answered it before I was done, and did not even say have a good day or anything. So if you want variety and minimal service this is your place.
