A great place to get anything vacuum related. A lot of parts and accessories for BEAM. The staff is very helpful as well giving suggestions and advice for the various product alternatives. I've shopped here a couple of times and have always had really positive experiences. Highly recommended.

Recently we had an issue with our central vacuum being plugged! We called Dependable Vacuum. Not only did they arrived exactly at the scheduled time but they were totally prepared to do everything required in one service call. Not only was the work competently done, they cleaned the areas up spotlessly. Highly recommend anyone needing vacuum service to give these folks a call. 5 stars but also Two enthusiastic thumbs up! We purchased a house last year that had been roughed in for a central vac system by the builder, and we knew we would want to get one set up! Dependable Vacuums came out and hooked up an amazing Beam system, even updated the wallplates that were in our house to a modern, low profile style and made adjustments to the existing piping so that the corners weren't too sharp and stuff would not get stuck and cause us grief. We have several pets and we had no idea the vacuum potential we had been missing out on. The Beam system cleans up the pet hair and dirt like none other, our carpets have never felt so clean and soft! As soon as they left my husband grabbed the vacuum and cleaned the whole house (heck yes!). Thanks again so much for the amazing service and quality system we received! Highly recommend them for all your vacuum needs!

I recently moved to a 2-storey townhouse. Thought it might would be a nice treat to not haul a heavy vacuum up and down the stairs - so I gave Dependable Vacuums a call. They we out the next day and were able to retrofit a central vacuum! As a added feature a kick-plate was suggested for my island - this I found is great for those small messes when you don't want to get the vacuum hose out - just swipe it over and its gone! Jeff who installed my unit was very courteous and knowledgeable and made sure he cleaned up after himself. It was a great experience & I enjoy my central vacuum. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

I purchased a beam central vacuum from dependable vacuums Ink in Regina and was pleased with the help I received from the woman at the front desk. It wasn't until I needed service that I had an unpleasant experience. I was told that the part was covered under warranty so I left the powerhead there and went home. I received a call to come pick the powerhead up and that it was going to cost me money. When I went in to pick it up the man at the front desk told me that I had to pay for the labor, the part was covered under warranty. When I told him that if I had known it was going to cost me money I would have done the install myself. To which he was quick to answer with a, its to hard for you to do response, and demanded the money. I then asked why I wasn't told that there was going to be a fee for labor he grumpily and annoyingly answered, "it's in the manual." Now I'm sorry that I didn't reread the owners manual before going in to get service work done. It Sure would have been nice to know that, it was going to cost me money and how much money it was going to be ahead of time. when I hear that its covered under warranty and there is no further conversation I assume its fully covered. I didn't expect to have to pay an expected, undetermined price. Luckily I could pay the price but someone else might not have been so fortunate. well the whole reason for the bad review is for the lack of interest and respect this gentleman displayed. If you have no time to give your customers (that spend their hard earned money on your products) then I have no interest in supporting your business.

Previously owned a high end upright vacuum and decided to invest in a central vacuum for my mid 50’s era home. The difference in weight from the upright vacuum to the power head on our new central vacuum was incredible. The maneuverability is a game changer. I now have kids that will vacuum, with way less complaining! I’m very particular with workmanship and was a little hesitant on the install process on a older house, but the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. The only holes they made in my house were for the outlets, I was taken back by how easy they made the retrofit work. Great Job!!!
