After first half hours 'waiting, someone pick up the call. Then, she helps me transfer my problem to e-service. Then it took me 2 more hours to wait for the services. But, I just wanna reset up account from mistakenly answer the security question though. [Music][Music][Music]!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been calling for days and not allowed in the wait queue. Got on the wait queue once and got disconnected because the office closed. If I don't get my taxes done on time, I shouldn't be charged penalty fees. I've done everything required of me and still can't get the info I need, so unless I talk to someone and get what I need, I can't do my taxes.
Calling for 2 days now and been on hold for 2 hour or more then a loud beep is heard and they hang up on me!
Was on hold for twenty minutes, when I was to be transferred, I was hung up on. Let's start again.
Absolutely terrible service - trying to get through to anyone with information on Canada Revenue site. Have been on the phone for over 2 hours being transferred and transferred again and then hung up 2 times. Please you need to give better service.
Why is there no way to get in contact with cra other than long distance phone numbers? At least if there was an actual physical location I could go talk to someone in person. Or a even a simple thing like a damn email adress.
wow.. Govn supposed to work for us but good luck getting a hold of anyone there.. Think cut backs went too far in public service agency.. Number is a fax and federal 1-800 number only runs you around in circles.. All agents are busy.. 24 hours a day 365 days a year.. Sigh..
Does anyone work here? All the phone numbers and no one responds. Numbers all have electronic menus. Don't pay....they will contact you soon enough
