George was very professional and great to work with. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule our booking and George accommodated this with no charge. The bar tender, driver and security guard were all very friendly and made our party comfortable and had no problems with extra stops. Our ball team had a great night and look forward to next time!

Working with George at Arctic Ice has been a really great experience. He was easy to speak to, gave helpful tips on arranging our schedule for our wedding day, gave a great recommendation for the 'Queen of the Night' bus, and overall just had a very nice and jovial demeanor! Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the uncertainty of holding events for the foreseeable future, our wedding has been put on hold. Arctic Ice gave us the option of postponing to a new date at no additional cost. While we greatly appreciate this option, we determined we were uncomfortable with going this route at this time due to not wanting to have to postpone again if the future date is still unsafe. George was very sympathetic and understanding with our feelings on this. He knew we were not cancelling because of our own doing - this situation is out of everyone's control. We are heartbroken over our almost two year plans going awry, and we were so grateful Arctic Ice did not hold this against us. We have been allowed to cancel our contract, and they have waived the cancellation fee normally imposed, since this is such an unprecedented time. This has not been common with many of our vendors, and I am really thankful this company seems to hold strong ethics, and empathy for their clients. We are looking forward to the future where we can gather and celebrate without worrying about all attendees health and safety. When this time comes we will not hesitate to book Arctic Ice again.
Although we were unable to go forward with Arctic Ice for our event, which leaves us beyond disappointed, they have been nothing short of tremendous. They communicate extraordinarily well, and were able to work through a few hiccups of ours along the way.
