Moved to the city a couple months ago. Looked up and saw this place had good reviews. Seems like many people have had great experiences and I'll always support a local small business. We went in, the guy was on the phone, which is fine. In almost 10 minutes though, we hadn't even been acknowledged, or anything. Not a, sorry I'll be with you in a few minutes. Not even a hello or nod. Unfortunately we went to a big box store instead and got what we needed. I'm giving a 2* because they had some great models to at least look at.

Good shop for begginers-intermetiate for plastic model kits and others but lacks specific toolings, paints (enamel or lacquer rarely available for example) and limited variety of in store models, probably due to the pandemic. It is a good thing to call or write an email to Wade before visiting the store if you have more specific needs since he can make an order from some suppliers for you. Customer service is great.
Very helpful guy, had a Revell model and he was able to take time to match all the colours to the ones he carries and fully outfit me. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guy.
Fair priced, friendly, if they don't have what your looking for they will try and get it
