Ordered 3 - 1/24 scale rock crawlers for our grandsons birthday in April. They were ordered the end of January knowing full well it could be a while. We were told they would be in feb. 17. We been led along for 2 months with promises they were going to be in, in time. It’s now April 1st, only I’m not laughing!!! I will be telling all my family and friends to avoid these guys! The worst part is he NEVER answers his phone so we have to drive down to here the latest BS excuse.

Tried since June 2020 to get a simple steering part. 7 separate trips to the shop as the phone number doesn’t work. Lip service and lies. 3 days on Amazon and done.

This place is AMAZING!!! Stuffed to the rafters with models, rockets, RC cars boats helicopters drones. HUGE selection of parts and accessories for everything they sell. The drone selection and accessories is amazing for my cinematography business. All the staff are very attentive and have always helped me with my needs. Can’t wait for Friday to get more stuff!! Always a day or 2 to get my orders and the in home delivery service is phenomenal!
Dallas and Anna give great service and are super friendly, they help you find whatever you need. I would definitely recommend this place they have great quality items as well!
