I have gotten things before for my children’s graduations but from the shop at Southcentre Mall, this time I ordered online a flask with engraving for a 18th Birthday & graduation, very reasonably priced and very fast delivery too. I was very impressed will definitely order again.

Had a wonderful experience with Melanie. I needed a baby gift right away and she was able to use her experience and help me choose right away. She had examples ready from ones she had made before and I found it very professional. Just a delightful person to deal with as well! Definitely going to be back.
Poor customer service. Was told to wait on the 23rd of December by an employee who was standing in the kiosk doing nothing. Only wanted to purchase and not have it engraved. The sale was removed when returning on the 26th of December couldn’t honour the sale price after receiving terrible service a few days prior. Terrible customer relations and showing a concern to resolve the issue and compliant. Will not be spending anymore at this store again. I do mean again as I have purchased gifts here in the past.
All of the engraved keychains I bought for gifts for everyone told me that they fell apart. Not impressed at all.
