Really don't know why they have so negative reviews. Customer service was good. Test went good. Therapist was good. Didn't find anything to leave a negative comment.

Very rude called these clowns for my boss to see if I could do my test on a Saturday in red deer and got talked down to not professional and 15 years of drug testing in the oil patch and DOT cross border testing not my first rodeo these guys still haven’t changed how they treat people every time I have to deal with them very sad. All I tried to do was make life easier by calling for him to find out and I got talked to like I was not important enough for them to waste their time not a fan of the red deer office and their I’m so important attitudes they just annoy people step up your game and listen to people and maybe your google rating will change. We are not all druggies hoping to pass I’ve been at this for years your no better than anyone else get over yourselves. You collect my pee in a cup to go to a lab!!! Like really your not doctors. Change your snobby attitudes. It’s not becoming.

They leave you on hold for half hour before getting to you over crowded rude unknowledgable staff worst place to get dna tested CRI on the south end of reddeer is great and it's always a breeze with them in and out

Surehire has to be the worst hire occupational testing company in Red Deer. They will not accept your sample if you are clean, saying it is \too clean and diluted\. No one should have to give 5 samples when they go in for a drug test, especially when they're sample is perfectly clean. If you're going to be drug testing your employees, send them to ECS or Chandler Consulting. Not this joke of a company.
