We bought our Hot Tub from here about 15 years ago. I called in with a problem we had; Stacie looked up our account and then proceeded to give him the info need to fix the problem. ...and when I said help I mean she happily answered my questions, sent me a text to show where to find the issue and how to resolve. AMAZING Service on a product purchased years ago.

Brought a used tub asked him to go through and he could not find a pump . He installed a used pump which I agreed on. Asked him to insulate he said he did. I got tub one of the pumps was not even hookup and no insulation and I’m not happy. Horrible service lied about everything. Was there for 2 months. I would not recommend him at all stay away. I’m sure I’m not the only one he has lied to. STAY AWAY
I first contacted Dan in Feb 2019 when I discovered my tub was in trouble. Of course it was during the coldest days of that winter. The response I got was within minutes, I was super happy. Then April came and we decided we would repair the tub. Missed appointments with no call, calls made to them that weren't returned, finally repairs were done, in stages... April to July work was being done on my tub. A quote was given, then the bill was waaaay higher than the quote. Adjustments were made to the bill which was to our satisfaction. HOWEVER, the lack of communication was too much. Dan was hard to connect with. The girls in the store were as helpful as they could be, but still not able to help. I do not recommend this place. And my tub is still leaking.
Contacted Sun and Fun in regards to trading in my existing hot tub and purchasing a new one. They failed to show up on time when they said they would, they called left a voicemail stating that I call back to go over the trade in options. I've called 4-5 times now with no response and also left messages to be called back and still have received nothing. As a business owner myself I am not impressed with the lack of communication or any communication at all. Looks like I will be going elsewhere to purchase a new hot tub.
