When I go in, I often get very friendly service, or it's busy and I don't get talked to much, but service is fine. Every once in a while though, there's someone on who makes me want to not go back. Most recently it was someone being rude because I was returning a moisturizer that broke me out like mad. I don't wear masks hardly at all as I don't have to, but she of course assumed that I do and that that's why I broke out and proceeded to tell me so. I have enough positive experiences to keep going.

My fiancee is a makeup addict, so I have spent lots of time in this store. Location is good inside of the mall, so you can get multiple things while going to restock on your make-up products. Staff is knowledgeable and professional, and always willing to help you find what you need , whether you have sensitive skin or not. Apart from make-up, they also carry men's and women's products for face and skin care , as well as colognes and perfumes for everyone. My fiancee lives for this store .
