We had a completely different experience than the other reviews left. Everyone was fantastic to work with. Their cost was considerably cheaper than anyone else in town and half the price of some. Just had our quartz counter tops installed by Jade Stone in Red Deer. We were very pleased with all facets of the project. Jenny in the Red Deer office was a pleasure to deal with. Joey the templater was very thorough and accurate. The install crew James and Nick did a great job. We had excellent communication throughout.

Before choosing Jade Stone be sure you have a contractor that will review all documents, drawings and estimates as there are many mistakes made along the way. You'll also want a contractor on site when your stone products are delivered and installed; be sure to have your contractor measure the top drawers of each vanity to be sure they'll open and check all edges to ensure they've been polished appropriately. Would I recommend Jade Stone (Red Deer or Calgary), absolutely not. Do they stand behind their product and ensure you as the consumer are satisfied - no.
