For such a large store, they carry very little of what is advertised in their catalog. Ordered a torque bar because they dont stock them - except in Edmonton, and it was confirmed upon order that the warehouse had 2 in stock and one was supposedly designated for us. A WEEK later, and no phone call. Went to the store and was told it was on backorder. We will not be back. Extremely poor service.

Great place for parts! Didn't have what I needed, but Jim was super helpful and polite and promptly pointed me in the right direction. My only major concern is the excessive amount of swearing (not to mention their rather innapropriate topics) by the girls at the front. Would have been a great experience otherwise!
Excellent service friendly people knowledgable people just an overall enjoying place to go to get parts.
Rude, condescending old guy made me decide to go elsewhere for my parts. Probably won't be back.
