Went there to drop off someone's horse that had traveled with us to a competition. I had never been there before and wasn't familiar with the property at all and was immediately chastised for being parked where we were. No hello or introduction, just a \who are you?? We don't offload here\. We explained who we were and then they went back into the barn. We cleaned the bit of shavings up that spilled out of the trailer and headed out right away. Definitely not a great first impression, a very curt and unfriendly interaction for someone who was helping out one of their clients.
