I don't have anything but positive things to say about Laebon Homes and specifically Aaron Martin. Our first home was a Laebon spec house so we knew that we wanted to build our forever custom home with them. From the very beginning, Aaron was very helpful at allowing us to pick out all of our custom features for our house and decide exactly how we wanted it to be built. Dannielle did a fantastic job at putting what we wanted onto paper. And before we knew it, it was time to move into our new home. While there were some small details that needed to be fixed after our move in date, Laebon Homes and Jonathan ensured that everything was being dealt with and that it was a priority. We never felt like we were pushed to add anything to our house. We felt as though Aaron was very open and honest with us about additional upgrades and the prices associated with them. With Laebon Homes, we feel like we are apart of their community. They made us feel incredibly welcome into our new home. They even hand out Christmas cards in the community to their home buyers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or building a spec or a custom home. Thank you!!

My husband and I built our home with Laebon last September. At first we were uncertain whether we wanted to buy a new home, renovate an old home, or build. We chose to build with Laebon because we both fell in love with the floor plan of the show home and the location of Timber Ridge was ideal for both my husband and I getting to work. From the beginning they were great to work with. Aaron the salesman never pressured us to make a decision, or try to sell us an upgrade we weren't needing or wanting. He was always there to answer any questions we had and walked us through each step of the initial selection process. We chose to have the realtor working with Laebon sell our current home as that meant we would not need to move twice and it actually saved us on closing costs. The realtor was amazing and our house sold with the first showing. Sam was the interior designer that worked with us to pick out paint colours, cabinets, flooring, lighting, you name it and she was there. Our house became totally custom for us and what we wanted and she helped bring my Pinterest visions to life. Finally Marty was the project manager during the building of the house. He was always available if we had any questions and regularly checked in with all the different trades. We feel we have a quality build with Laebon and through every step of the way they heard us, worked with us and my husband and I couldn't recommend them enough.
Originally very satisfied with custom house build experience in 2015. Soon after, Identified water drainage/diversion issues in back yard/common area that were addressed to builder on several occasions and received band aid solutions. E-mail to a managing partner(SB) in the summer of 2020 resulted in a site visit and our position was eventually acknowledged with some push back. Laebon subsequently remediated our back yard and we were pleased with the outcome provided by the Contractor.
Laebon Homes are an excellent company to rent from, they take great pride in keeping their places looking great and if anything needs fixing ( which rarely does ) they are there to fix it. If you want a great home to buy or place to rent call Laebon Homes today! Thank You Laebon. Homes!
My husband and I built our custom home with Laebon in the new Timber Ridge community in Red Deer. I can't say enough good things about our experience and Laebon's team!! From start to finish and even a year later they have been nothing but amazing! Any issues we had while building were taken care of immediately, as well as anything that came up in the year following our build. Every staff member we dealt with was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Laebon to anyone either building a custom home or looking for a new build!
