Man, where to even start with this review. First things first, we (my sister and I) did go skydiving the last week of July so I am un poco bit late in submitting this, but I just remembered and I knew I HAD to do this. For being a Sunday evening these guys had SO much energy, it was so rad! My sister and I were perfectly paired up with these instructors that were so much fun but also super educational. We had such an awesome jump and even flipped out of the plane! I may have lost my goggles but from what I could see from my watery eyes was awesome! And if I think it was awesome with minimal vision, it's gotta be incredible. Gotta thank my instructor for letting me puke on the group while still attached and for the impromptu haircut at the end. Hella rad guys, keep jumping

First time jumping today, did the 13,000 foot jump and I have absolutely no words to describe the thrill of it. I also got the video recording which turned out very clear and everything I hoped it to be, very worth it. What an incredible experience period. Not only the jump was amazing but the customer service and the staff were efficient, on time, extremely friendly and very respectful. On point and perfect. I really really REALLY recommend Going to Alberta skydive central. I WILL go again and again. See you again soon Alberta skydive.! Thank you for everything.!

I have to say I was very disappointed in this place. There is a weight limit (which we were unaware of), when it was brought up by the receptionist, she was very cold and abrupt about it. She stated it was on the website (which it is under the terms and conditions but not when you go to book online) and would have been in the confirmation email we received (we never got it, we even double checked when we got back to the vehicle) We didn't book online so you would have thought they would have said something when we called in. I understand there are rules and in skydiving you need to follow them for safety but it definitely could have been handled a lot more professional and much more empathetic.

Jumped for the first time at Innisfail with Rick. He was awesome! Of our group of 3 he got the best pics and videos. His instructions were super clear and made me feel really comfortable. Love the jokes! And the music at the shop was wicked. I will definitely be back!
