Called them to fix our dryer and he was at our door 2 hrs later. We live out of town so that was pretty good. He had our dryer fixed up in minutes and was super knowledgeable about it. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My dryer was screeching and after reading some of the reviews decided to call them. He was able to fit me in an hour and arrived promptly. He knew exactly what the issue was and made the repair in half an hour and was professional. When he gave me the bill he charged me 75 for a plastic wheel with bearing attached to a piece of metal. This is crazy....it cannot be more the 10 - 15 at the most! He also charged me 30 for labor on top of the 90 service call! I've never seen this before from anybody else. Needless to say VERY over priced.

I called these guys yesterday as my fridge was not working and I was about to lose a lot of food. They sent someone over within a couple hours to diagnose the problem. It needed a part but they got it going good enough so that I didn't lose any food. Then I got a call this morning that they had the part and he installed it by noon. Couldn't have asked for a quicker response time. Less than 24 hours from when I called to when the fridge got fixed and that was including ordering a part from Calgary. I'll be using them again next time I need a repair. The technician was super friendly, clean and incredibly quick. The price surprisingly came in way cheaper than I expected too. Everything about this was a 5 star experience. Can't recommend this company enough.
