I have gotten to know a few of the staff and they are very helpful, but new employees never give the same kind of help. Nancy is my favorite, she goes far and beyond to be helpful to me regardless of my account standing. She deserves a reward or recognition for her superior friendliness and helpfulness, I give Nancy as well as RBC credit for being the best bank in Canada. ***** 5 stars!
