As a business owner, I understand the importance of reviews. I hope Rayacom uses this to improve their service! I had to reach out 3 times (2 emails, 1 phone call) before someone responded over the course of 3 weeks. I get it, things happen. Unfortunately, I followed up again as I wanted to get printing services completed but yet again it has been 2 weeks and no response. During these trying times of Covid, I want to support local businesses more than ever. Sadly, they have lost a paying customer!
I have been getting printing through Rayacom for years, and watched the quality and customer service drastically dissolve over the last while. I had worked with Ralph, Vaughn, and Jervais on a first name basis. I have had printing printed upside down, banner issues, stickers miscut, and other misprints I was assured "would not happen under new management". The most recent fiasco was ordering a 70 page workshop booklet on July 17 for an upcoming out-of town seminar I was attending starting, July 31st. The order was ignored for a week and a half. When I called for pickup on July 28, I was informed that they never even started the order, and was assured a pickup "next day, before closing" was available. I went to pick up the order in rush hour, and was told the order wasn't ready, and could be picked up the next day on the 30th by 2pm. On the 30th, I received another call, saying the booklet still wouldn't be available until 2pm the Friday the 31st, when we were supposed to leaving to attend the seminar in the morning. Friday the 31st morning I called and ask when i can get this order as I cannot leave to this seminar until this booklet is in my hand, and they extend my pickup time until 3pm. So I am now in the situation of either being late to the workshop, or waiting for the book. Serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Looks like I'll finally get the workbook (late) on Tuesday August 4th , after the weekend workshop, and they may possibly lose a future client.
Absolute waste of time. I ordered the 24 hour cards service. Two days later I still hadn't heard a thing from them so I went to the store.The employee hadn't even received the order and told me that they weren't printing anything because they were out of stock of the paper needed. I asked for a refund which he couldn't provide. Instead he said he'd take my name and contact his boss. A week later I still hadn't heard a thing from them. Tried again and got the same answer from the same employee. It's now been another couple days. I will be disputing the charge and will make sure to never recommend this company. Complete scam.
I loved the service. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Even though they were out of stock they managed to solve the problem and get my order done ifast. And their prices are very good!

Not the worst, but definitely not the best. Ordered the 24 hour printed cards, was told in an email they wouldn't be ready for 48 hours- I had to say 'No I paid for 24 hour turn around' they did get my cards done within 24 hours. However the color is inconsistent, dust must have been on the paper used because there is specks of white where color wasn't printed on the cards and the cards do not have straight edges on most of the cards. Disappointed, thought they would be better than Vistaprint.
