The customer service women I spoke to over the phone was rude, spoke to me in an annoyed tone of voice and argued with me when I complained that I never got a phone call to let me know my appointment had been rescheduled. The worker who came to my house was rude and complained about his job and said he wanted to quit.

These guys are awesome. They've done my sprinkler and lighting for the past 4 years. Dave and his team provide great service and all are very friendly. Highly recommend them!!
They were not able to help me out because they don’t do drainage work from the Sarnia location. But they were very responsive, professional and referred me to someone who does. I will definitely be keeping them in mind for future lawn care needs.
On multiple occasions the technicians did not show up without calling or cancelling. I had to move the landscaping work several time due to their poor scheduling. When they eventually made it, I was promised the work would take a day, only to be told at the end of the day that they can not finish the work, and will come 4 days later to finish. The work was not impressive, and the technicians did not seem to know what they are doing quite often. Definitely would not recommend.
