Considering nobody has responded on this page in years, I’ll give this a go anyway. Please rent from cobblestone creek if you enjoy lacklustre communication, power outages during your stay, and refusal of responsibility from their owners. While on a weekend getaway in Panorama BC, our group rented the whiskey jack lodge. It was setup to be a fantastic weekend until the power was cut due to the owners being in receivership, not paying their bills for months.. and here’s the kicker.. the property management company (that’s you cobblestone) knew that the owner was in this position and rented this property to us anyway! Great times. Have you ever stayed in a mountainside cottage in the fall with temperatures dropping to below freezing, only to discover your primary heat source has been shut off!? All while your trusted property management company knew this was a possibility?! No? Well if that’s your cup of tea, then please rent from cobblestone!! They have a long history of arguing with renters, not being transparent, and refusing to offer restitution for their misguided mistakes. Sounds like exactly what you want when trusting them with thousands of dollars for a fun weekend. Folks, learn from our experience. Do your due diligence. Caveat emptor. Stay away from cobblestone.

We rented the Bear Tracks Chalet On Copper Point and in its prime this would have been a really nice 1/2 DUPLEX. Very spacious and accommodating for larger groups. Few housekeeping issues dirty bedding, murky hot tub water, and empty beer cans in the pool table pockets. We have been struggling to secure our damage deposit back in full from Cobblestone Creek and Lodging. We have done everything that has been asked of us and still no resolution, we have not even been able to speak directly to anyone that can resolve the issue. Would recommend doing your research before renting with this company (check complaints and reviews with the Better Business Bureau), there are many, many properties in the same areas you can get with out dealing with shadiness.

We rented the Iron Ring Chalet at River View Estates in Edgewater, BC. Our chalet was beautiful inside, clean, not lacking anything but your food and your suitcase of clothes. Very peaceful location with easy/short distances to Radium, Fairmont, Invermere. Met Ed our gracious and knowledgeable host . Absolutely great experience, at very affordable per person cost.
