The secretary with blonde hair bluntly dismissed me and told me to go back and sit down after I waited 1 hour for a CD that was supposed to take 15 minutes to be engraved. She did not want to make a simple call to the back and check if it was left on the table, which it was, after I told the other secretary to check. I considered making a complaint to the manager but didn't wanna waste another minute there. After the hefty price we pay, I expected a much better service. Very disappointed. I will not go back. Many many other options out there.

Got an appointment very fast and the service was excellent. The location is convenient, the staff is very nice with little waiting times. Very clean and Covid19 safe.

If there is negative star, I would give it. This place isn't even worth 1 star. I made my request for taking an appointment for ultrasound 2 weeks ago. And I've had to call back four times to ask for a status. Every time, they told me to wait 2-3 days and someone would call me back. NO ONE has ever called me. And today, I just called them back again. The first time, after waiting on the line, a lady picked up the call, and she said that she couldn't hear what I was saying. Then immediately, she hang up on me without waiting a second. I had to call back. And this lady told me that there is a waiting line for 3 weeks (to get an appointment). I said then, you should at least give a call to let your client know about that timeline. She said with the irritated voice that I should wait until next week (which someone at their place told me the same story the last 3 times when I called). I just called and took the appointment at another place and my appointment was booked immediately in two days. If I knew that I would have to waste my 2 weeks waiting for a very unprofessional service at Radiologie Dix30, I wouldn't even try to make a request for appointment at first place. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I sent my prescription to make an appointment by online service. After 2 weeks and no response I got there personally and they made a copy of my prescription again. And told me we will call you. 2 weeks later I called again if there is something wrong. They told me you should wait, we will call you. And it's somehow emergency. 2 weeks after still nothing. Not even a call to say here is your appointment in 6 week or 6 month. Very disappointing

Negative star too. Cancelled my appointment at the last minute. Took 2 weeks to reschedule. When i get there service staff was condescending. Not keeping 2 meter distance for covid. Then i learned after waiting 45min that they added other people before me at the last min. Not coming back

I am so appreciate for them, they treat urgent as really urgent, they let me wait just 10 mins to do the ultrasound, while other place let me wait more than two months, saved my life! Thank you the reiception lady and thank you radiologie dix 30! Thank you!
