Took advantage of me on buying a 2018 Trackhawk 120,000 that was in bad condition. Rips in the leather dash and interior. Scratches on the nav screen, dents, scratches on all windows etc... drove 12 hrs with 2 cars to trade in for and they didnt point out any of the damages. Pretty much no choice at that point to make the deal since i traveled 12 hrs with 2 xars for trade. During the trade i forgot my expensive sunglasses in the vehicle which they claimed to have mailed back to me. After a month of waiting my glasses never arrived. When i try to contact the sale manager \simon\ he ignores me. So I lost alot of money with this dealer. I would let everyone know to never buy any vehicle here. They act all nice when they want to sell you a vehicle but when the deal is done they want nothing to do with you.

I traveled to Quebec city last week, and found my caravan has weird constant noise form bottom back, as it is a safety concern I drove my car to this dealer without appointment and expect at least half day waiting and money for cost. However it went very smooth, they seems running very efficient, a lot of people at waiting room at first and it progress very fast, until my car fixed, it only took on and half hour, shorter than when I change engine oil at my home town dealer with appointment! The cost only 55 dollars as they discovered the cover of my exhaust system was the problem and they fixed without parts. I drove all the way back home to Ontario and for sure, noise disappeared. The staff also very helpful as I only speak English and they came over to help as needed. A very good experience!
Service is relatively slow, they never gave back my thing to have access for removing my tires, and other things too I was disappointed with. I was disappointed and that whole special package I bought I ended up losing money instead of staying if I just would have stayed at le specialist. At least the waiting room is nice.
They are good at selling cars but the service part is a bit lacking, they won't lend you a car if they don't keep yours for more than 24h hours and they won't come pick you up when your car is ready either
Always waiting, they NEVER take you at the hour fixed and it always takes forever to fix the problem.
