Su was so awesome and patient guiding me through the process of bringing my horse into Canada, Roy the driver brought him on the long journey and he arrived in amazing shape, Roy gave me updates all along the journey and then Kyle also gave me updates once he cleared customs! Thank you all so much!!!!

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with this transport company. I hired them to take my horse from Florida to Alberta. I was aware my horse would have a couple layovers on the way but not prepared for her to have an EIGHT DAY layover period in Ontario. Making it worse was the lack of communication and not knowing when my horse would actually be back on her way. My horse was eventually pawned off on another shipping company and arrived with a huge gash on her head that needed emergency vet care. I was assured I would receive a refund to make up for this horrible service but have heard nothing since! Needless to say I won’t be using this company again!
