2010 Ford 150 Truck sustained hail damage to hood and roof sections. QCA did a fantastic job in matching the paint and repairing the dints. Provided a courtesy car when truck in the shop. All done to our satisfaction. Good job all
I am pleased with quality of work, completion of work on promised time and professionalism. I searched on internet and talked with friends to find out right shop to repair my Acura MDX. Most of them suggest this place and I can simply say, they were right. Also, I loved courtesy car.
Great place to fix your vehicle. I shrugged at the idea taking my vehicle to QCAB at first, I thought they are a big autoshop. I doubted they will be able to give a customer full attention (as they will have a lot of vehicles to fix anyway), I WAS WRONG!!!. They helped me avoid "betterment" charge that SGI wanted me to pay. I was told my vehicle will be ready on a Wednesday, by noon on the Wednesday, I got a call informing me it is now Friday as they could not complete the work. I was okay with the new date but I appreciated the call more. Some autoshop will keep u guessing and you will be the one calling them to know if your vehicle will still be ready as proposed and then they will break the news to you. By Friday, I got a call that my vehicle is ready, the interior was well cleaned (Thank you).A minor part was not fixed but I was informed when I dropped the car initially that it could take another 3 weeks for that minor part to be delivered. About a week later, I got a call that the part is available (it came earlier). I took my vehicle in and in less than 10-15 minutes they installed it and I was on my way, I was surprised but it shows they value their customers time too. Keep it up QCAB.

Had an aftermarket lip installed on my Supra. Very accommodating and communication was amazing. Helped correct any concerns I had and made sure the install was correct. Would definitely recommend getting work on your car done here. Top notch customer service from Chad.
I took my truck to QC Auto Body after debris came off a semi resulting in smashed door window, cracked windshield, and scratched fender and door. I'm not from Regina so I chose them simply because Google maps identified them as the closest to my location. Man did I luck out. From the initial phone call to the time I picked my truck up I was treated with the highest regard and professionalism. The advisor explained the process clearly, even more so than the SGI adjustor (who provided me with wrong instructions/information). I dropped my truck off and dealt with a different advisor who was equally helpful and professional. Despite not having rental protection on my plan, the advisor hooked me up with a very decent courtesy car. My truck was completed within the estimated time. I was very happy with the fished job. Everything looked good as new. To top it off, their detailer did a tremendous job not only getting all the glass out, but cleaning the entire cab of the truck (which was no easy task given its a 'work truck'). Having worked as a professional detailer in the past I was blown away by the effort. All that said, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Queen City Auto Body far exceeded my expectations. Hats off to all the staff at QC Auto Body, from the advisors to the technicians and to the detailer. You guys are just deadly!!
