Had to wait over TWO HOURS and still no show. After calling looking for some sort of information, I was transferred from one operator to another with no information. If you really need to get anywhere I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs.

Pickup speed has been ok.
We booked a taxi the day before to take us from Quebec City to the airport. We were a little concerned as all the other local taxi firms had bad reviews, so we followed up with a phone call an hour before. Our guy arrived 5 minutes early, was pleasant and helpful,so we arrived in plenty of time. Would definitely recommend
Last time i called for a taxi, no body showed up. I nearly missed my flight!!! I was lucky that I managed to grab another taxi quickly
