Applied for an annual QC permit. They took the payment from my credit card UPFRONT. The permit didn't happen because of wheelbase requirements in QC. That was a week ago. I'm still waiting for the refund. Talked to my bank.. they said it's not them. It's Nova Permits who are still holding my 832! Please give me back my money or I will never work with you again!
