We had a positive experience with Quadécor itself. We purchased both hard-wood and laminate floors for our home and we are very pleased with the products. I've updated my review because after posting a review here about an issue I had with the finishing work of the installation, Quadecor followed up directly with me and had the problem quickly resolved. Now my floors look absolutely perfect and I couldn't be more pleased. Quadecor was very committed to ensuring I was satisfied with my floors.
When we came in, we waited for sometime that I had to sit on a chair waiting for someone to talk to us. Would have been nice if he acknowledged us and said he would be with us shortly, he was on the phone all the time.
Went to look at carpeting, great selection and service!
Was there products looked awesome but didn't get any service in 25 in wait so I left .
