I started going to Purdy Ideal You Centre in August 2017 and was blown away by how wonderful everyone is. It truly is a judgment free zone. It's like one big weight loss family. One thing I've noticed that makes Purdy's stand apart is that they don't just focus on the weight loss. They want you to be healthy in every aspect of your life. It's refreshing. (I've done other Weight Loss programs in the past and found it was very one tracked and all about the scale) The Ideal Protein program is by far the best weight loss program I've tried. It works and it's simple to follow. If you stick to it, the weight will drop off. Once at goal they work with you even more so to be sure you keep the weight off. If you're on the fence about it I suggest you meet with Steph, the owner. She truly knows the program inside and out and can help you with any questions you have. She's become a household name in our family because my Mom and husband have both found success with the Ideal Protein program and have been in maintenance (goal weight) for 9 months!!

Steph is by far the best weight loss/life coach I’ve ever met! Her knowledge of the program and her commitment to her clients is evident! I still touch base with Steph to ask her questions about the program and if she doesn’t know the answer, she always looks into it and gets back to me! Thanks Steph!
I have been a client of Purdy’s Ideal You for over a year. I started my IP journey earlier in the year at a local pharmacy. During the early stages I was getting frustrated as I have in the past on other programs. My daughter suggested I go meet Steph at Purdys, so I did. That was the best decision I made. Steph’s clinic took me on as a client and I was more successful than I ever imagined. I learned more from Steph during our first meeting than I had in all the months I was at the other clinic. Steph and her staff make Ideal Protein their sole focus of the clinic. They are educated, well trained in the program as well as in mentoring. I receive encouragement and non judgement every step of the way. I have been in maintenance since December and still stop in from time to time to chat and buy products. I know they are always there for me if needed. I highly recommend the program and highly recommend this clinic.
