We contracted for Danny from Proven Wildlife to remove squirrels from our ceiling. They located a roof vent where the animals were entering and placed a one way door over it. The squirrels obviously had another entrance as they never left....coming and going at liberty. They were unable to locate this entrance and refused to come into the house to search via the attic hatch, citing covid concerns. We have never had nor have Covid. The company has no equipment other than a ladder. One would think they would have a fiberoptic camera or such for looking under decks. Their only suggestion to us was to live trap (not offered) and relocate. So after 2 months, 680 and still with a squirrel problem it has been up to us to deal with the issue. I did email and ask for a 50% refund but they stated they had fulfilled their obligations. Their warranty is obviously not worth anything. My advice is to deal with a more established and reputable company. I am sure they are probably okay if you have a simple issue but for problem solving a more complicated issue, they are simply not interested. My advice is to steer clear of them.
Danny and the team are absolutely fantastic. We moved into a century home and had PWR take care of a bat problem. Took some time to ensure all the bats were removed but Danny stood behind his warranty and made sure we were bat free. Great company great guys. Would highly recommend them!!!
After dealing with some bad companies I have to say I finally found a honest and integral company that is there for the customer in PROVEN WILDLIFE REMOVAL. Danny was prompt at answering my questions and attending to the uninvited guests that had entered my attic and even some walls!!! Thank you Danny & Dave for giving me peace of mind, if ever I need help again I know who I can count on.
The team at Proven is amazing. We had a family of raccoons take up residence in out attic, I filled out their online form about midnight on a Sunday and they were at our house Monday afternoon. By Tuesday the raccoons had been safely removed and the roof sealed up. Can't express enough how easy it was to work with the team to get results fast. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for reliable removal of any wildlife.
