I have been with this bank for over 40 years. I am finally removing all my investments to another firm. Only leaving a small savings account there. They only have 1 financial advisor that can deal with high trading account in all the branches from Surrey to Langley. Non of the other employees have the education to back the financial advisory. Nami Kim lost a lot of money for my father. I hope he will follow suit and leave this branch too. This bank has treated my father poorly after all these he has banked there and been loyal. I hope people read this and think twice before they put their money here!!!!
