Proline Roofing Ltd. provides residential and commercial roofing, gutter, and brick installation, repair and maintenance services. We provide our services in the greater Victoria, Westshore, Salt Spring, Mill Bay, Duncan, Nanaimo, Parksville areas and throughout Vancouver Island. We specialize in all types of roofing - from SBS torch-on and TPO membranes for flat and low-sloped roofs, to fiberglass and metal as well as 5”K style continuous aluminum gutters and 2 5/8" or 2"x3" downspouts - we really do it all. Our company is always coming up with innovative ways to improve its services which are necessary for this competitive industry and unstable economy. We now offer fiberglass shingles that have up to 40% recycled material, and recently completed the first Victoria-based Euroshield installation. We keep ourselves updated in the industry by our memberships with the Vancouver Island Construction Association, the Better Business Bureau, ROMS BC and the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce. Proline Roofing Ltd. has been a proud supporter of 'Giving Back' to charities such as Extreme Outreach Society, a non-profit ministry committed to improving the lives of families and children in Victoria BC. We are a supporter of worthy causes including ‘Ride to Conquer’ and a variety of independent charities through local contractor events. We are also continuing to assist families in Chiapas, Mexico by providing food, housing, and other necessities.

Just had one of our roofs repaired and one roof re-done by Proline and can't say enough good things about them. Outstanding service and work, highly recommended! From the very start of getting an estimate, answering our questions and providing all the information we needed to make a decision, to completion of the gutters; everyone at Proline has been phenomenal to deal with. Friendly, professional, flexible, and thorough are just some of the good qualities I would use to describe them. Workmanship is spot-on, the crews are great to work with, and our roof and gutters look awesome. They're diligent about cleaning up at the end of each day, and always keep you informed about their schedule. They were flexible and accommodating for scheduling, and we were quite happy to be fit in where the busy spring season could allow. If you're looking for a professional company to perform quality roof repair or replacement, do yourself a favor and call Proline - anyone I spoke to who worked with them had nothing but good things to say, and it's been a huge relief for us to have such an integral component of our house replaced correctly. And a helpful hint: be thoughtful and provide cold drinks and maybe some treats to the crew each day; it's hot, tiring work and everyone appreciates a little kindness! :-)

We just had the roof of our bungalow done by Proline. The new roof is standing seams metal and while at it we also had the gutters replaced. Overall I was very impressed by the people at Proline. Not that everything was perfectly smooth. There were glitches. Some were out of anyone control (like a huge storm that wasn't forecasted on the WE where the roof was only covered in a plastic membrane) and some were coordination issues. But in my book, what makes the difference between a reliable company and one that isn't is not the absence of glitches but the way the unexpected is dealt with. I appreciated how the team at Proline dealt with the issues. They were reliable, fair and professional. I was also impressed by the team who worked on the roof itself. You could see they cared about the craftsmanship. Overall very satisfied.
