It appears that this business it is NOT PET FRIENDLY. Their website welcomes service dogs, but it is silent about non-working dogs. Yet, on some other sites - which I always check for this information - this business is listed as pet-friendly. At the Langford store I was permitted to have my little dog, [secretly] but I was told by a staff to keep it away from other staff seeing it, otherwise I would be ask to leave..................
Love this place. I buy tools and equipment for my business here every week and they have what I need. The staff are helpful and happy. There return policy is very generous and they always take back what does not work for me with no questions asked and don't even need the packaging or receipt. No wonder I shop here so much. Make sure you check out their weekly in line specials as they have insanely good prices and they deliver!
