We shopped around for Real Estate Agents by checking out open houses and other listings. As soon as we met Denise, our personalities clicked, the search was over, and we knew she was the best person to represent us. Denise is professional, funny, and brutally honest; viewing properties with her is a treat! She knows the market and understands the inns and outs of Real Estate in Prince George. Denise is incredibly responsive, and does not appear to stop working, ever (although we do our best to keep late night texts to a minimum). She even recommended an excellent banker who could push a deal though when our southern mortgage broker unexpectedly requested a ridiculously large down payment last minute. I tell everyone I’ve got the best Real Estate Agent in Prince George, and wholeheartedly recommend her!

I was referred to Denise buy a friend who insisted I go with her as a realtor and all I can say is wow. Denise is extremely personable and professional. I don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for a response from her via text or email, whether it be 8am or 10pm. Buying a house can be very stressful and working with Denise alleviated that completely. If you want stuff done, Denise is the only choice for you.
