Always nice staff. Especially helpful with how indecisive I am they always help me pick a tea! Tea is always good except when you get it from them premade it's a bit to watery

The Manager at this store has gone above and beyond for me again and again! I will continue to shop here everytime I am in town because of the great products and amazing service! I love their teapress travel mugs and their unconventional teapot! On top of their unbeatable tea selection!
I always love going there as it's my favorite place to unwind choose a new tea and even pick up some gifts for other tea drinkers in my life.
The staff helped me with a very large order of teas to replace all the ones I lost in a kitchen fire. They were so friendly and understanding. I was even given a free mug and I love it so much! Thanks for the caring service.
