Food was nice. Had beef liver and it was delicious. Also the kiwi mussels that I haven’t have a long time. Service is okay so as the atmosphere. A modest local pub setting.

Decent pub fare about 60 per person, main, with shared dessert and starter. Table for 4. Beer choice is extremely limited with usual draft, lager and stout. Only one wait staff, who is also the bartender(?), so dont be too fussy with service, takes your order, puts food in table, leaves til the next dish comes along. We went early at 5pm on a friday, we were only ones there, food was quick to arrive. Dessert was the usual homey stuff. We left around 6pm and there were some people at the bar for drinks. If you want something to fill your stomach its an ok decent joint to bring your out of town guest. One of our fancier place in our area
Solid pub, though limited in fare and beer slection. I've enjoyed the sandwiches and other mains. Nachos are solid, potato skins are a bit mediocre. No fryer which can be limiting, they make it work though. For what you get the price is fantatsic. For a quick bite or pint I'd recommend.
I like this pub. It's a nice quiet location to enjoy a British pint but if you're looking for craft beer, look elsewhere.
Slow service, (not busy) no beer variety, server wrote orders down got 3 out of 4 right. One order was only warm had to send back to reheat. Food not great. Was a great place when it opened. Will not be back.
