Excellent customer service! We had our overhead door bog up in our shop at ClearView Plumbing and Heating and this was the only company who was available to send a technician. It was cold, heavy snow had been falling and continued to fall that day, but these guys came through for us and had the door repaired before the end of the day. Absolutely would recommend!
Needed quite a lot of work done. Roy gave me a few options and explained the pros and cons of each. We settled on a course of action and he got the work done. I found that he was knowledgeable, fast, and thorough. Job was done and I’m left with my garage door working and sounding better than when it was new!!!
Incredible customer service and very friendly! My torsion spring literally snapped on a Sunday morning. I called several companies and got their voice mail; however Precision Garage Doors answered and booked me in the same day. They arrived at the scheduled time and followed all Covid guidelines. They were extremely polite and friendly. They finished the spring replacements and even checked and lubricated the door before leaving.
