The place itself is great the dock staff is wonderful and there's plenty of room to backup with a big truck. The problem is where it's located it's very very very very difficult to snake a big truck around in those little tiny streets
Love their product. Good quality and fresh. There dried organic mangoes are the best!
Problem is the price in Montreal, going up and up. For example, why buy their Hemp Seeds at 41/kg when it's easy to find 500 grams packs of bio Hemp seeds at 18.50 anywhere (in fact it's quite easy to find 1/2 kg at 13.50). So Prana Hemp seeds should be between 25 to 30 top to be worth it. I could go on like that with almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts, cashews and gojis. They don't even offer a membership of any kind for permanent customers. They often propose a 15% infantile discount that doesn't make it at all, beside the cheap old school commercial trick... Loyal purchase in bulk should be worth it, and Prana isn't a good bulk option anymore.

Their products keep going up in price every other week i'm on their website. What gives? I used to be an avid buyer of all of their dried fruit and mixes, but there's no justification for the excessive price hikes in such a short period of time. Prices went up from 26 to 31 on a lot of SKUs in less than 2 months. Prana, have your raw material costs gone up that drastically lately?
Slow shipping and poor customer service. When calling customer service they say no one can take your call, please leave a message. Their almonds say 0% calcium which cannot be.
