Do not waste your time on this lying, unprofessional, con man. I had Eric come out to give me a quote on parging. He started spouting off about all the special \diamond tipped\ tools he would need to remove the paint first from my old parging before he could begin removing the old parging itself, then he gave a very vague but long winded description of all the work that would have to happen in order to do the job. He gave what he considered to be a \conservative\ estimate of 45,000. Yes, 45,000. So, after he left my property, I compared his estimate to other companies that came in around 4000. Eric is a total con man, totally unprofessional, and a huge liar. I'm glad he came out though, because after his non-sensical estimate, we decided to do the parging ourselves to the tune of about 600. It was actually a really easy fix.
