I recently purchased a used Mazda CX5 from Open Road , Port Moody. I was very happy with the excellent service I received from Victor Xing , Sales Advisor. He was very professional and explained all the options of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Victor made me feel comfortable and did not push me into making a decision until I felt this was the right vehicle for me. Victor and Alty ( General Manager) both worked together so I could get this vehicle within my budget. When I went to pick up my vehicle Taylor the Delivery Specialist was very patient and walked me through all of the many features in my vehicle. I drove away feeling very proud of my purchase. I would highly recommend Open road Mazda, Port Moody.

This is your place if you are looking for new (or new-used) vehicle - ask for Jay and you can be sure you'll receive the best care and service. I was looking for a used vehicle and had quite specific idea, not even Jay was very helpful in showing and explaining but he helped me through the entire process of purchase, immediately ready to assist. I am beyond happy with how it all went and with the car and would highly recommend OR Mazda to anyone who seeks excellent dealership!

Nothing but good things to say. I dealt with the assistant sales manager Brian, he was upfront with everything. After the sale there were a couple small things to be dealt with. Brian made sure that everything agreed to was taken care of and was quick to reply to any questions via email. They really go all out with the experience of unveiling your new vehicle as well, so if it's your first time getting a new vehicle here you will enjoy that.

Over the weekend I bought an used Mazda3 from Open Road Mazda and I definitely recommend checking in with the team in case you're interested in buying an used car. Victor is the advisor that helped me with checking the car, drive test it, inspect it, getting to know the pros and cons about the car before making the decision to buy it. He was really helpful and it was clear that it was his priority to make it a meaning and logical purchase. Daniel was the financial advisor that helped choosing the right warranty for the car. He did a very good explaining the financial involvement, risks, and favorable options that suited me (I was looking for something low risk, and that's exactly what I got). Honestly, it felt like a no-bs and practical approach. Awesome experience end to end! If you're looking for a car, I definitely recommend checking out their inventory!

I recently bought a vehicle at this dealership with a trade-in. Jay and the rest of the staff I dealt with were friendly, professional and not pushy. I asked about winter tires for the vehicle at the parts counter a few days after taking delivery, abd I had the same experience. I owned a Mazda years ago and had it serviced here, with good overall experiences. Now I'm back with Mazda again and it looks like the service is as good as before. Glad to be back.

If you're looking for a Mazda, I recommend OpenRoad Mazda at Port Moody; and I highly recommend you buy it from Carlos! He was phenomenal! He is totally different from other salesman. He followed up with us after we took the car and when we brought up one minor issue, he arranged a loaner car for us. He did this all along the Christmas week and new year, just to make sure we are comfortable. That is EXCEPTIONAL! Amazing customer experience every time I visit the place!

this mazda location has fantastic customer service. I especially want to give a shout out to Andrew S. from the parts department. His attitude was fantastic and he ended up going above and beyond to make sure that as a customer I left satisfied. Not a one time thing either, before it was my turn he was helping another customer beforehand and just from the bits and pieces I overheard he was very friendly and helpful to him as well. Guy deserves a raise and is a great reflection on the whole leadership at that location. If you're looking for a car might as well go to a place where business is appreciated. At a different visit, sales guy named Darius was very helpful as well when I was looking to purchase a car. I'm writing this in depth review because I've dealt with a lot of different dealerships and great customer service shouldn't go unnoticed.
