Stay away from this place!! One of the owners is a really cheap guy! his name is Andy, the other owner Dave is cool but Andy is cheap and he will over charge or rip you off if he can! I used to work their and i know how bad it was. Andy would over charge for the work, for example he would charge for a carburetor overhaul when I would only do a carburetor cleaning, or once he misdiagnosed a brand new lawnmower as having a fried motor. He told the customer it was blown and the customer left the lawnmower for disposal. I found out it wasn't really a blown motor, It was just a loose blade. they got me to fix it,Instead of apologizing to the customer and giving it back, they just resold it to someone else as a used lawnmower! Another time on a stump grinder, they did a misdiagnosis on it as well. And they bought a brand new carburetor for it (very expensive) and when it still wouldn't run properly, they got me to look at it. Its turns out the ignition switch was causing the problem the whole time, causing it to cut out. They charged the customer for the carburetor anyways! even though the old one was fine. Most of the time the bill for repairing a very old and cheap lawnmower ended up costing about the same as it would to buy the same mower new. bottom line is don't take your equipment their for servicing. Take it to a larger more reputable company like surf-wood!

Bought a used lawn mower here. Best decision ever. They were honest, upfront and darn nice people. Will visit again. They clearly have lots of loyal customers. There was like 100 lawnmowers there getting fixed. Huge clientèle is always a good sign.

I agree with the Google user who used to work there about service quality. I took my lawn mower in about a yr ago to get a stalling problem fixed. I took it in 3 times & still the problem was not fixed. Finally took it in to another place and they diagnosed & fixed the problem. They also replaced the fuel line ( which was not required) . Job was not done properly. They used a plastic type hose & did not use clamps at both ends to secure it. The hose came off and gas leaked all over the mower during winter storage.
