I took my car to Port Moody Auto and Air after an accident, all the staff were incredibly friendly, and the mechanic (John) was amazing in explaining all the recommended work and what that meant in terms of the car's performance. All the repairs were communicated to me in advance, and they were extremely open in working with me to get my car back on the road while managing costs with the parts that were used. They did a awesome job putting everything back together, and the car runs great! Thank you so much for your help, I will definitely visit again for any future work! (Although hopefully not due to an accident!)

If I could I wouldn’t give them not even one star , they install used broken parts and charge as a new ones after I complain about it they changed it and gave me the new ones. Waste of time , super expensive scammers. I should have read other reviews to avoid them. I know that they will reply that it didn’t happen but It happened. And I don’t want them to know my real name because I’m afraid of their revenge.

I went to Port Moody Auto to have my air conditioning repaired on my Ford Explorer. I had an excellent experience. The people there are all so nice. They explain everything and I feel I got the best value for my buck. I recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

They have a texting option to make and book appointments. It's fantastic. I hate calling places to book appointments, being put in hold, waiting for their office hours, negotiating an appointment date. Now I text whenever and they get back to me with a date

Great place to go to for all your automotive needs. Got in and out on a short notice, even though they were very busy. Extrodinary was, a double check on a repair turned out not satisfying enough ( by the mechanic) to let the vehicle leave as it. So it was redone. Great workmanship and customer appreciation. Wow!
