First time on a jet ski and it was the BEST THING EVER. The instructors were so patient and helpful. Even when I went flying off the jetski and thought I was going to get into trouble, they laughed it off and helped me get back on and continue jetskiing. My friends and I had a BLAST!! Highly recommended.

Rented a jet ski today out of grand bend. Luke was amazing, he covered everything before we went out on the water. He answered all of my questions. All around a great time. Will rent from him again soon. Very happy with my rental.
Me and my boyfriend rented one jet ski in Grand Bend, he was on time, the jet ski worked perfect, no problems. I highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely rent from him again this summer. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Luke!
Off season, middle of the week, and less than 24 hours notice they set us up with a sea-doo for a few hours and everything was as expected. Lucas was very helpful and made it a great experience for me and the Mrs. Would go again thanks a bunch.
Had an amazing experience renting seadoos from deepwave Rentals. Everything went really well. Luke gave us a great deal for half day rental. Will be doing it again next year

DO NOT do business with this company! We arranged to rent a seadoo while on vacation. Even better, it would be delivered to the beach we were staying on with a tube to tow. The price and time were agreed upon. The day before renting we called to confirm the details, price and where to meet. He had the wrong time so we had to readjust. On the day we spoke again to confirm time and place and confirm price for one rental and the tube would be included. When he arrived late, he did not have a tube but instead 2 seadoos that we could rent for more money. Since we had a large group we decided to spend a little more to have 2 seadoos. One had bumper damage but was taped together and we were told it was fine and the other one was a little finicky but worked fine too. We were not provided with a copy of the contract we signed. After less than an hour on the water one of the seadoos broke down in the middle of the lake. Thankfully a passerby was willing to tow us to shore. We proceeded to contact the owner numerous times to notify him of the problem via text, email, and phone. He could not be reached. The other seadoo that had the damaged bumper taped up had the tape come loose and by the time the seadoo was returned at the agreed upon time, it was dragging behind. The owner accused us of breaking both his seadoos and wanted to charge us more for the damage instead of refunding us for the hours we couldn't use the broken down seadoo. Lucas uses poor business etiquette his rental product SUCKS and was not worth the money spent. Save yourself a headache and an argument. Rent elsewhere.
