Two visits in 3 days. Both disappointing. One missed item - coffee no less, the next visit a seriously snarky order taker. Unacceptable attitude. Also frequently out of items. Will be avoiding in future if at all possible.
Usually fast service and not usually out of stock but ordered a BLT and the bun was coated in mayo. Was eating it in the wrapper and wondered why my hand kept getting mayo on it. Took it out to find both sides with mayo on it. Why so much mayo?
Worst customer service i had ever seen. The girl with high bun is so rude. She do not know how to interact with customers. Visited there three times always serve cold coffee.
Great location, drive thru, and to-go orders only. Staff are great with lots of parking spaces as it is located adjacent to Canadian Tire and Wal-Mart stores.
Not appreciated service. I don't know what is the problem at this location! I haven't any problem at other locations in this area! Maybe it seems like higher management should get involved here for customer service issue!
