Usually no problems and the staff is good. However, the pharmacy needs to send prescription renewals before prescriptions run out automatically. Especially if it’s the same medications prescribed from my doctor. The online system in place is great for refills but does not let you request a renewal and you need to call them to do so. Pain in the A.

All of the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. I have never had any issues at the pharmacy, post office or with the general staff. Great selection of products. Very happy with the customer service at this location.

I have never written an online review before but after my horrible experience at shoppers today i feel that i have to write this. Today when i was entering shoppers today i was asked many questions by the lady at the entrance. I had no problem with the questions because i know it was in good spirits of trying to flatten the curve. After shopping and i was in the line the same lady had come up to me and started to yell at me. She told me that i should have told her that my mom was driving me and in the car with me but not coming in. She proceeded to lecture me about being honest to her and myself. After she was finished i told her again that my mom was in the car not a stranger. I was so embarrassed and was not happy at all. That was completely rude and was not a right way of dealing with the situation on her part. This should be taken as feedback for her to improve upon. Not happy.

The pharmacist in charge is so rude and acts as if asking him a question is some sort of favor. Have messed up my prescription several times. So negligent and unprofessional. The old pharmacist was so different. Very kind, caring and attentive. This guy gives shoppers a bad name. After using Shoppers my entire life, I am afraid it's time to switch. Avoid this pharmacy and go somewhere else.
